Structure
We provide our residents structure within our community through different avenues. They have daily routines, shared maintenance and housekeeping. Our residents have scheduled personalized care in a supportive community atmosphere.
Socialization
Residents gain the opportunity to live with others individuals. This in turn provides a feeling that can reduce feelings of loneliness and allows residents to meet new people easily. They engage with peers while maintaining their personal space.
Independence
Our residents are able to live independently, prioritize their well- being and quality of life in a vibrant shared community setting. They value their autonomy and we encourage a lifestyle that promotes independence while still having access to supportive services.
Safety and House Monitoring
We offer 24 hour surveillance to ensure the safety and security of our residents. All common areas are monitored, we also offer key-less and keyed entrances.

Fully Furnished private and shared bedrooms. Our bedrooms come with a bed, desk and storage that allows for a turnkey move-in.
